
Water Aerobics
A combination of non-impact aerobic exercise to music. Men
and women of all level of fitness are welcome. You do not need to know how to swim
to take class. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. 12 - 15 year olds
must be accompanied by a YMCA adult member.
Arthritis Aquatics Program
A warm water, joint-related exercise program endorsed by the National
YMCA and National Arthritis Foundation. Exercises work on a range
of motion and an increase in mobility, flexibility and strength.
All exercises are done in a shallow pool and you need not to be a
swimmer to participate. Class led by a certified Arthritis
Foundation instructor.
Water Aerobics and Arthritis classes are FREE for
YMCA Members.
