FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The YMCA offers reduced rates for income eligible families who wish to participate in our programs. Spaces are limited and eligibility forms must be completed & approved prior to enrollment. Please allow 7-10 days for this process. Applications can be found in the back of the Summer Program Guide, at the Sacramento Area YMCA, 2021 W Street or by clicking the Financial Aid Application link below.
TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
-Applications must be received a minimum of three weeks prior to the start date of
the program.
-Please complete both sides of the application.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
-Return applications and one month's proof of income to the YMCA.
Any application received without proof of income will not be processed.
-You will receive notification by mail within 7-10 working days.
DEPOSITS
Camp programs fill up quickly! A deposit is required for each child in order to reserve a space. Please see each camp for specific deposit amounts.
REFUNDS
We will refund camp fees pain in full, less a deposit & bookkeeping fee, for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp. IN case of illness or injury, please provide a physician's statement if the two week deadline has passed. A written refund request is required before a refund will be provided. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process refunds.
No refunds or credit will be issued for missed days at camp, for cancellations made after the two week deadline, or for campers suspended or expelled from camp.
