Cabin
Leader
A Cabin Leader assists a Cabin Counselor with a cabin group with day-to-day
activities. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your camp work experience
and learn a great deal about resident camping.
Qualifications: 16-18 years olds,
experience at summer camp or working with kids preferred. Exceptional team
attitude is a must.
Dates: Staff Training: June 23-27;
Camp June 29 – August 15
Leaders are off Fridays after 1pm, all day Saturday, and Sunday until
2pm.
Pay: This is a volunteer position, room and board are
included.
Kitchen
Assistants
Kitchen Helper assists the Cook with a meal preparations and
clean-up. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your camp work
experience and learn a great deal about resident camping.
Qualifications: 16-18 years olds.
Exceptional team attitude is a must.
Dates: Staff Training: June 23-27;
Camp June 29 – August 15
Leaders are off Fridays after 1pm, all Saturdays, and Sunday until 2pm.
Pay:
This is a volunteer position, room and board are included.
Cabin
Counselor
The heart of every camp! Our Cabin Counselors are primarily responsible for a
cabin group throughout the camp week. A Cabin Counselor supervises and
encourages campers and Cabin Leaders throughout the day, during activities,
meals and at night. Cabin Counselors bring excitement and energy to camp every
week. If you are highly energetic, love kids, and are always ready to laugh.
This is your position!
Qualifications: 18 years or older.
One year of college preferred. Experience working with youth and/or equivalent
education is necessary. Positive and encouraging attitude a must and ability to
be a positive role model required.
Dates: Staff Training: June 23-27;
Camp June 29 – August 15

6pm, and all Saturday
Pay:
$330 - 390 a week, room and
board included
Camp Program Director
High energy position that is primarily responsible for weekly camp schedules.
Encourage campers, leaders and counselors throughout daily activities, meals and
at night. Plan evening activities with Director through values based skits,
songs, stories that bring an excitement and energy to camp. If you are highly
energetic, organized love the outdoors, and are always ready to laugh. This is
your position!
Qualifications: 20 years or older.
Experience working in summer residential programs preferred but not necessary.
Flexibility, maturity and the ability to be self-motivated and work with minimum
supervision. Positive and encouraging attitude and promote character core values
throughout all program areas.

Off Fridays after 6pm, and all
Saturdays
Pay:
$390 -
$420 a week, room and

Cook
Live in the mountains and plan, order and cook 3 daily meals for 80-100 people
and supervise volunteer kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent and 2 years related cooking experience. Must
have the ability to be self-motivated and work with minimum supervision.

Pay: $400 - 450 a

Camp
Director
Looking for warm days and cool nights then this position is for you. General
administrative duties include staff recruitment, selection, training,
supervision, recognition, and fiscal management of respective department,
promotion, marketing, program development for a seven week summer resident camp
of 64 campers weekly in the Sierra National Forest near Donner Lake.
Qualifications: 24 years or older.
Experience working in summer residential programs is necessary. Positive and
encouraging attitude and promote character core values throughout all program
areas.
Dates: Staff/Planning Training: April
7-August 22; Camp June 29 – August 15
Pay: $510-600 a
week, room and board included during camp sessions
